The water-based, alkaline cleaning medium efficiently removes flux residues and outgassing from printed circuit boards from condensate traps and machine parts. Thanks to the foam-free formulation, the product can be used in compressed air-assisted systems and spray systems, usually without the addition of defoaming agents.
Instructions for use:
Depending on the application, the cleaning medium is filled into the automatic cleaning system ready for use or diluted 1:1 with DI water at room temperature. Cleaning at an elevated temperature (40 - 45 °C) additionally accelerates the cleaning effect. An application temperature of at least 45 °C is recommended for cleaning solder frames.
Etimol PC 50 RAA is also available as a concentrate (corresponds to 1 part Etimol PC 55 CA + 7 parts DI water).
