EO-Y-005C is universally suitable for wave and selective soldering of printed circuit boards. It contains organic, halogen-free, activating additives and synthetic resin and has been specially developed to meet the thermal requirements of the soldering process with leaded and lead-free solders.
EO-Y-005C contains special alcoholic additives to stabilize and improve drying times compared to conventional water-based or partially water-based fluxes.
This flux is applied as a spray.
It is recommended to allow the flux to dry after application.
