Description

Like all multifluxes, the EO-B-001A can be used for wave (spray fluxing) as well as for selective, manual and dip soldering. The A variant has a low solids content of 2.2 wt.-%. This variant was specially developed for full tunnel nitrogen applications and guarantees significantly better soldering results than conventional adipic acid solutions under full nitrogen thanks to a wide process window and high temperature stability.
In practice, it has been shown that, if used correctly, washing the circuit boards soldered with this flux can usually be dispensed with.

Added customer value

  • Very wide range of applications (Multiflux)
  • Very good soldering properties (penetration, wetting)
  • Available as a concentrate in granulate form
  • Wide process window (very high thermal stability, good activity over a large interval)
  • Very good residue behavior (very clean, high SIR)
  • In-house test (SIR selective) passed
  • Recommended for N2 systems
  • Low solids content
