Description

Wie alle Multifluxe kann das EO-B-002A sowohl zum Wellen-(Sprühfluxen) als auch zum Selektiv-, Hand- und Tauchlöten eingesetzt werden Bei EO-B-002A handelt es sich um ein Flussmittel für die Wellenlötung mit alkoholischem Lösemittelsystem und halogenfreien Aktivatoren. Die A-Variante hat einen geringen Feststoffanteil von 2 Gew.-%. Diese Variante wurde speziell für Volltunnel-Stickstoffanwendungen entwickelt und garantiert durch ein breites Prozessfenster und eine hohe Temperaturstabilität deutlich bessere Lötergebnisse als bei herkömmlichen Adipinsäurelösung unter Vollstickstoff.
