Description

Like all multifluxes, the EO-B-002B can be used for wave (spray fluxing) as well as for selective, manual and dip soldering and for strand tinning. The B variants correspond to the standard version with a solids content of 3 wt.-%. This is an all-round version. Soldering results and cleanliness are very good. Good results are achieved even on pure copper surfaces (e.g. when processing LEDs on heat sinks).
In practice, it has been shown that, if used correctly, there is no need to wash the circuit boards soldered with this flux.
The B variant is also available as a metering pen or dosing bottle and is therefore very suitable for manual and repair soldering.

Customer added value

  • Wide range of applications (Multiflux)
  • Very good soldering properties (wetting)
  • Available as a concentrate in granulate form
  • Broad process window (very high thermal stability, good activity over a long interval)
  • Very good residue behavior (very clean, high SIR)
  • Successful passing of internal test (SIR selective)
