Bei dem EO-B-004 handelt es sich um ein Multiflux für den Wellen- (Sprühfluxen), Selektiv-, Tauch- oder Handlötprozess, welches aus alkoholischen Lösemitteln, einem Synthetikharz und halogenfreien Aktivatoren besteht. Mit einem Feststoffanteil von 1,8 Gew.-% wurde das EO-B-004 speziell für Volltunnel-Stickstoffanwendungen entwickelt. Das Flussmittel garantiert ein breites Prozessfenster bei hoher Temperaturstabilität. Die Lötergebnisse sind deutlich besser als bei herkömmlichen Adipinsäurelösungen unter Vollstickstoff. Seine Lötergebnisse und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut.
