Description

Wie alle Multifluxe kann das EO-B-007A sowohl zum Wellen- als auch zum Selektiv-, Hand- und Tauchlöten eingesetzt werden. Die A-Variante hat einen sehr geringen Feststoffanteil von 1,9 Gew.-%. Diese Variante wurde speziell für Volltunnelstickstoffanwendungen entwickelt und garantiert durch ein breites Prozessfenster und eine hohe Temperaturstabilität deutlich bessere Lötergebnisse als bei herkömmlichen Adipinsäurelösungen unter Vollstickstoff. Seine Lötergebnisse und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut.
