Description

Wie alle Multifluxe kann das EO-B-007C sowohl zum Wellen- als auch zum Selektiv-, Hand- und Tauchlöten sowie zur Litzenverzinnung eingesetzt werden. Die C-Variante hat einen Feststoffanteil von 4 Gew.-% und wurde speziell für die Leistungselektronik entwickelt, bei der große Bauteilkörper bei einer niedrigen Bestückungsdichte gelötet werden müssen.
