Description

EO-B-009A ist ein No Clean-Flussmittel, halogenfrei und harzfrei formuliert. Dieses Flussmittel wurde speziell für Wellen- und Selektivlötprozesse entwickelt. Die Applikation kann durch alle üblichen Auftragsverfahren (außer Schäumen) erfolgen. Der Feststoffanteil beträgt 2,0 Gew.-%.
