Description

EO-B-009B ist ein No Clean-Flussmittel, halogenfrei und harzfrei formuliert. Dieses Flussmittel wurde für Wellen- und Selektivlötprozesse sowie für Litzenverzinnung entwickelt. Die Applikation kann durch alle üblichen Auftragsverfahren (außer Schäumen) erfolgen. Der Feststoffanteil beträgt 3,0 Gew.-%.
