Multi-Flux EO-B-023E is a no-clean flux that has been specially developed for rework, hand soldering and selective soldering processes as well as strand tinning. Accordingly, it contains organic, halogen-free activating additives with resin in a combination specially adapted to the thermal requirements of soldering processes. EO-B-023E can be applied by brushing, spraying, dipping, etc. The solids content is 15 wt.-%. EO-B-023E is completely free of corrosive effects. Additional information on the ingredients (hazardous substances), safe handling, storage, transportation and disposal can be found in the current safety data sheet (SDS, SDS, MSDS). This flux is very versatile and OSP-compatible. Good results have been achieved in wave, selective and hand soldering as well as in cable assembly/strand tinning. The generally applicable rule that applied flux quantities should always be as low as possible also applies to this product.
