Our specially developed flux gels ensure that an optimum solder joint is guaranteed during rework processes. They reliably remove oxidation, prepare the soldering surfaces perfectly and enable a clean, stable connection between the component and the PCB. The respective gel is highly concentrated and is characterized by high activity as well as good wetting and spreading. The gels leave no sticky residue after soldering.
