This flux gel was developed for repair work on printed circuit boards. The activator base contains the same active ingredients as the comparable electronics flux EO-B-013 sowie Varianten EO-B-013/(X, XS).
Flux Gel EO-B-013 ist hochkonzentriert und zeichnet sich u.a. durch hohe Aktivität sowie gute Benetzung- und Ausbreitung aus. Auf Grund dieser Eigenschaften sollte die Paste sparsam appliziert werden. Der Gelauftrag erfolgt aus einer Dosierspritze über Metalldosiernadeln. Diese ermöglichen eine genaue Applikation bzw. Positionierung des Flussmittels. Die Verarbeitung von Flux Gel EO-B-013 kann mittels Heißluft- oder Lötkolben erfolgen.
In individual cases, which must be checked by the user, this flux gel can also be used to support the wave soldering of critical components. The application is carried out as described above.
