Description

This flux gel was developed for repair work on printed circuit boards. The activator base contains the same active ingredients as the comparable electronics flux EO-B-026 and the variants EO-B-026A, EO-B-026B and EO-B-026C.

Das Flux Gel EO-B-026 ist hochkonzentriert und zeichnet sich u.a. durch hohe Aktivität sowie gute Benetzung- und Ausbreitung aus. Auf Grund dieser Eigenschaften sollte die Paste sparsam appliziert werden. Der Gelauftrag erfolgt aus einer Dosierspritze über Metalldosiernadeln. Diese ermöglichen eine genaue Applikation bzw. Positionierung des Flussmittels. Die Verarbeitung des Flux Gels EO-B-026 kann mittels Heißluft- oder Lötkolben erfolgen.
