Flux pastes for electronics production

The flux pastes are a paste-like electronic flux. The pastes can be used for manual and repair soldering of all types. The application method depends on the process. For hand soldering, the paste can be dispensed directly with a syringe. The flux paste is also suitable for dip tinning and special applications. The flux paste can be applied using hot air and soldering irons, but also with a soldering tip.

Flux pastes from Emil Otto ensure optimum wetting of the soldering surfaces and guarantee long-lasting, high-quality connections.

Flux pastes consist of a combination of fluxes, binders and fillers. Their main function is to remove oxide layers from the surfaces to be soldered and to distribute the solder evenly over the contact surfaces. This ensures a secure and stable electrical connection.

As Emil Otto attaches particular importance to the composition of the pastes, an optimum soldering process and high solder joint quality are ensured. Users can choose from a wide range of flux pastes specially developed by Emil Otto for various soldering requirements.

The long-established company Emil Otto has been involved for decades in the development and production of Fluxes. The flux pastes on offer are not only the result of sound research and development, but also offer numerous advantages:

The fluxes are therefore characterized by a broad spectrum of added value:

Precise application

Thanks to their paste-like consistency, the fluxes can be applied precisely and evenly to the desired areas. This reduces the amount of material required and ensures clean solder joints.

Reduced cleaning effort

Many flux pastes from Emil Otto leave hardly any residue after the soldering process. This minimizes the cleaning effort and reduces production costs.

Optimal wetting

The pastes can be used to evenly wet soldering surfaces. This improves the quality of the soldered joints and increases the reliability of the assemblies.

Wide temperature range

The flux pastes are suitable for a wide range of temperatures and soldering processes. This enables flexible application in various manufacturing processes.

Emil Otto's innovative products enable companies in the electronics industry to optimize production processes, reduce costs and increase the quality of their products at the same time.
