Successful participation in the SMT Hybrid Packaging 2015 trade fair

After participating in a trade fair for the first time, the management of Emil Otto GmbH draws a positive balance and sees this as confirmation of the company's realignment.

"We are more than satisfied with how the trade fair went," explains Markus Geßner, authorized signatory of Emil Otto GmbH, when asked. The Rheingau-based company was able to record a high number of visitors to its completely redesigned stand on all three days of the trade fair. "In addition to existing customers and well-known potential customers, we were also visited by a whole host of new contacts. This clearly shows us that Emil Otto is now being recognized in the market," says Geßner, describing his experiences at the trade fair stand.

In addition to the well-known standard products, Emil Otto has brought the "Green Line" product line to the fore. As a developer and producer of fluxes for the electronics industry, Emil Otto began developing water-based fluxes for spray fluxing in the wave soldering process more than 20 years ago. Water-based fluxes are ecologically degradable and also far more environmentally friendly in their production. "We have seen a high level of interest in our Green Line products," confirms Sales Manager Carlos Kelm.

In addition to discussions with end consumers, new contacts were also made with foreign markets. Potential sales partners from Eastern and Western Europe introduced themselves. "Of course, we are particularly pleased about this, as it brings us closer to our goal of increasingly offering Emil Otto products abroad. We will now be holding detailed talks with each individual partner," says Kelm, outlining the further expansion of foreign markets.

Emil Otto GmbH also announced an additional strategic partnership on the first day of the trade fair. In the field of cleaning media, the company is now working with KISSEL + WOLF GmbH and will act as a sales partner for all electronic cleaning products in German-speaking countries.
