Flux for soldering solar modules, tabber and stringer material and connecting cells
At Intersolar Europe 2026, we will be presenting our latest developments in the field of soldering fluxes for the solar industry. Our No Clean fluxes, specially optimized for the production of solar modules and the connection of solar cells, ensure clean processing without sticky residues. They therefore offer maximum process reliability and efficiency for the solar industry.
Visitors to the trade fair can also find out about our new products: innovative Solar fluxes and Solar flux gels, which have been specially developed for modern production processes.
Another highlight: all our solar fluxes are also available as concentrates. This reduced-volume packaging enables cost-effective, sustainable transportation as it is not classified as hazardous goods.
Special cleaning media for the solar industry
At Intersolar Europe 2026, we will be showcasing our latest biodegradable cleaning products for solar modules. Our proven cleaners, including EO-SMC-001 to EO-SMC-004, can be applied effortlessly by spraying, brushing or automatic cleaning systems and reliably remove residues that impair efficiency.
A highlight at this year's Intersolar Europe will be our special high-performance cleaning media for demanding applications such as agri-photovoltaic parks. Our environmentally friendly, VOC-free cleaners are gentle on materials, free from halogens and phosphorus compounds and can be completely washed off with water.
Solar flux gels for solar module production
At Intersolar 2026, we will be presenting our solar flux gels for the production of solar modules. The solar flux gels are optimally tailored to the requirements of modern photovoltaic production. Thanks to a highly concentrated formulation, they offer outstanding wetting, distribution and soldering quality on tin-copper metallizations. The uniform activators in the Emil Otto solar flux gels prevent chemical interactions between different fluxes.
