"As far as disinfectants are concerned, our warehouses are full and we can deliver immediately," concludes Markus Geßner, Head of Marketing and Sales at Emil Otto GmbH. In view of the fact that the number of infections will rise again in the fall, the chemical company from Eltville has taken precautions. The disinfectants developed in spring have been pre-produced in larger quantities so that they can be supplied immediately should demand increase again. In addition, the product range has been further expanded.
"We have developed disinfectant gels that have an alcohol content of over 90%. This is unique in the world. In contrast to conventional disinfectant gels, our disinfectant gels are quickly absorbed, do not leave a sticky and foul-smelling lubricating film and, thanks to the addition of a glycerine content, are also kind to the skin. Furthermore, the newly developed gels can be applied more sparingly as they are easier to rub in than purely liquid products," explains Geßner.
In addition to hand sanitizers, Emil Otto also offers surface disinfectants. The portfolio consists of both ethanol-based and isopropanol-based products. All products can be ordered in different packaging units, from handy spray bottles for occasional use to large containers for internal distribution. The guaranteed availability also applies to other products in the Emil Otto range. "In addition to disinfectants, we can also deliver all fluxes from our range quickly and reliably," says Geßner.
