"There is no other collaboration of this kind in the electronics manufacturing supply industry. The cooperation between different manufacturers of consumables and mechanical engineering is unique. We therefore want to use the new landing page to comprehensively describe what customers can expect as added value from this collaboration," explains Markus Geßner, Head of Marketing and Sales at Emil Otto GmbH. Tobias Patzig, authorized signatory of Feinhütte Halsbrücke GmbH, adds that the landing page will be further expanded in the future as an information portal about the joint activities. "We will present joint projects as well as products resulting from this collaboration on the landing page," says Patzig.
The cooperation between the three companies is based on an open exchange of technology and maximum solution orientation in the field of selective soldering. Particularly when it comes to soldering challenges, the customer can therefore request and query concentrated specialist knowledge and rely on Emil Otto, Feinhütte Halsbrücke and Eutect to develop targeted solutions for the customer and combine their knowledge and technical capabilities. This can range from simple process optimization to the development of new fluxes, solders and soldering processes. The technical equipment and facilities of the three companies are also used for this purpose. Eutect GmbH's technical center, Emil Otto's chemical laboratory and Feinhütte's diagnostics in the field of solder bath management and solder bath analysis can be used for customer projects.
However, these technical requirements are only part of what makes this cooperation attractive for customers. "All three companies are owner-managed, which means that we can act somewhat differently in our long-term planning and customer projects. This is also reflected in the development of solutions. With a solution-oriented, long-term approach, our motivation, the ability to think outside the box, the high level of technical understanding of the entire soldering process and the in-depth market expertise of all three companies, new solutions are possible for our customers," continues Matthias Fehrenbach, Managing Director of Eutect GmbH.
