Cold burnishing and blackening of aluminum, only effective on brightly treated areas
Black stain and burnishing agent, liquid medium on a weakly acidic basis, especially for aluminum (freshly treated)
Appearance: | blue liquid |
Application of the solution:
The ready-to-use solution must be filled into a resistant container made of GRP, HDPE or PP.
Degreasing and inserting the parts:
The parts to be black oxidized must be degreased before cold black oxidation. In the simplest case, this can be done by washing with alcohol.
Blackening effect:
Thorough degreasing of the parts is a prerequisite for uniform blackening. Depending on the material, blackening may occur quickly. The areas on the aluminum that are to be blackened must be mechanically pretreated and polished.
