Description
EO-MC-001 is a liquid concentrate of the latest generation and has been specially developed for tinning processes. This concentrate enables the user to precisely match an alcohol or water-based flux to his process.
EO-MC-001 is based on halogen-substituted organic compounds with high-performance additives for optimum wetting and, above all, offers the advantages of a very wide operating temperature range (approx. 130 - 300 °C).
After our fluxes proved to be very successful on the domestic market, we also received an increasing number of inquiries from abroad. However, it turned out that when shipping overseas, the freight costs sometimes considerably exceeded the value of the goods.
You can now avoid these problems with EO-MC-001 (no dangerous goods according to the current transport regulations).
Recommendations for processing:
The recommended application concentration is between 5 - 50% of EO-MC-001 for the respective process. For very complex tinning processes, it can also be used without additional dilution.
For electronic processes:
Water-based flux: (Classification according to J-STD-004: ORM1): Depending on the application, up to a maximum of 15 % of EO-MC-001 in DI water (deionized water) [approx. 50g/L to 150 g/L].
Alcohol-based flux: (Classification according to J-STD-004: ORM1): Depending on application, up to a maximum of 15 % of EO-MC-001 in isopropyl alcohol (propan-2-ol) [approx. 40g/L to 120 g/L]. (Caution: mixture is flammable, observe explosion protection)
