Description

EOSOL HTP spotting pastes are highly effective contrast agents for highlighting workpiece contact patterns and for checking mechanically machined surfaces.
The consistency of the spotting paste and incorporated special pigments make it easy to check the processed workpieces. The accuracy of fit can be checked by the uniform or non-uniform application of paint or color impression.

Customer added value

  • After sanding, the sanding residues are first removed
  • Then the spotting paste is applied between the machined surfaces
  • The surfaces are moved towards each other and then taken apart again
  • No restrictions of the excellent sliding and lubricating properties at 600 °C
