Description

This flux gel was developed for high-quality electronics production, for high-temperature applications in the soft soldering sector and for repair work on printed circuit boards. The activator base contains the same active ingredients as the comparable electronic flux HTW-49.

FLUX GEL EO-HTW-49 ist hochkonzentriert und zeichnet sich u.a. durch hohe Aktivität sowie gute Benetzung- und Ausbreitung aus. Auf Grund dieser Eigenschaften sollte die Paste sparsam appliziert werden. Der Gelauftrag erfolgt aus einer Dosierspritze über Metalldosiernadeln. Diese ermöglichen eine genaue Applikation bzw. Positionierung des Flussmittels.
Die Verarbeitung des Flussmittelgels kann mittels Heißluft- oder Lötkolben erfolgen. EO-HTW-49 ist nicht korrosiv.
