Description

The GAX-50 flux paste was developed for repair soldering. The flux paste is also suitable for dip tinning and special applications. GAX-50 is characterized by high activity and very good wetting and spreading properties. Due to these properties, the paste can be dispensed extremely sparingly. It is applied using plastic tips. These allow precise dosing and positioning of the paste.
The flux paste can be applied using hot air or soldering irons, but also with Miniflow soldering tips.

Customer added value

  • Very good soldering properties (capillarity, wetting)
  • Wide process window (very high thermal stability, very high activity over a large interval)
  • Precise dosing
  • No segregation
  • VOC-free
