Description

The HR/D-110 flux is a tried and tested manual, repair and dip soldering flux that also achieves very good results in special applications such as iron or thermode soldering and strand tinning. It can be used for all common applications. Due to a higher solids content with a relatively high resin content, it provides soldering reliability.

Customer added value

  • Wide range of applications (multiflux)
  • Very good soldering properties (capillarity, wetting)
  • Wide process window (very high thermal stability, very high activity over a large interval)
  • Good residue behavior (very clean, high SIR)
  • Successful passing of internal test (SIR selective)
