Description

The flux SSK-15 has a high solids content and contains organic, halogen-free activation additives. The flux can be applied using all common methods, although spray fluxing is not advisable due to the high solids content. The main areas of application are hand soldering, repair and dip soldering as well as strand tinning. The flux residues are encapsulated due to the high resin content.

Customer added value

  • Wide range of applications
