The leading developer of fluxes for the solar industry is thus once again expanding its range of solar fluxes in 2025 to include innovative solutions for assembly and connection technology in solar module production.
Das neue Flussmittel SOLAR FLUX-EO-S-022 hat einen Feststoffgehalt von 2 % und wurde speziell für das Löten von Solarmodulen, Tabber- und Stringermaterial sowie für die Zellverbindung entwickelt. Das farblose, transparente No-Clean-Flussmittel basiert auf einer synthetikharz- und kolophoniumfreien Formulierung. Das neue Solarflussmittel überzeugt durch eine starke Aktivierung, hinterlässt keinerlei klebrige Rückstände und wirkt nicht korrosiv. Die Aktivatoren sind außerdem speziell für die hohen Temperaturen der Fertigungsprozesse von Solarmodulen konzipiert. Das Flussmittel EO-S-002 ist darüber hinaus als schnell trocknende Variante EO-S-022/FD erhältlich. Des Weiteren bietet Emil Otto das Flussmittel auch als Flussmittelgel SOLAR FLUX GEL EO-S-022 und als Konzentrat an. In letzterer Form kann das Flussmittel auf herkömmliche Art volumen- und kostenreduziert transportiert und gelagert werden.

Neben dem neuen Flussmittel stellt Emil Otto erstmalig auch die kürzlich eingeführten Flussmittelgele für die Solarindustrie auf der Intersolar Europe vor. Da die neuen Flussmittelgele SOLAR FLUX GEL EO-S-002, SOLAR FLUX GEL EO-S-007 und SOLAR FLUX GEL EO-S-009 auf den speziell für die Solarindustrie entwickelten Flussmitteln basieren, weisen diese die gleichen Aktivatoren auf.
Emil Otto präsentiert sein Produktportfolio vom 7. bis 9. Mai am Stand 317 in Halle A2 auf der Intersolar Europe 2025 in Munich.
