Das neue wasserbasierende Flussmittel mit einem Feststoffgehalt von 2% wurde speziell für das Löten von Solarmodulen, Tabber- und Stringermaterial sowie für die Verbindung von Zellen entwickelt. Das NO Clean-Flussmittel, das ebenfalls VOC-frei ist, basiert auf einer halogenid-, synthetikharz- und kolophoniumfreien Formulierung. „Das neue Solarflussmittel zeichnet sich durch eine kraftvolle Aktivierung aus, hinterlässt keine klebrigen Rückstände und ist frei von Korrosionswirkung. Die Aktivatoren sind speziell auf die bei der Herstellung von Solarmodulen erforderlichen höheren Temperaturen ausgelegt, weshalb Hitze die Wirksamkeit nicht beeinträchtigt“, führt Markus Geßner, Marketing- und Vertriebsleiter der Emil Otto GmbH aus.
SOLAR-FLUX EO-S-023 is also available as a concentrate and is ecologically degradable as a water-based flux. It is therefore not a hazardous material and can be transported, handled or stored in the conventional way with reduced volume. The ease of storage in particular is a significant added value. "This is an important factor for module manufacturers abroad. As this flux is not a hazardous material, the shipping and transportation costs are many times lower," concludes Geßner.
