Innovative Flussmittel für die Elektronikfertigung
Auf den beiden Tagesveranstaltungen der evertiq expo in Berlin stellen wir unsere neuesten Entwicklungen im Bereich der Lötflussmittel für die Elektronikfertigung vor. Unsere breite Palette an Flussmitteln bestehend aus alcohol-based, water-based and hybrid fluxes eignet sich optimal für verschiedenste Anwendungen und Lötverfahren. Unser Vielzahl an hochwertigen Flussmittelprodukten sind gezielt auf die komplexen Anforderungen der Elektronikfertigung zugeschnitten.
Another highlight: A large number of our fluxes are also available as Concentrate available. This reduced-volume packaging enables cost-effective, sustainable transportation as it is not classified as hazardous goods.
Innovative Flussmittelgele für die Elektronikfertigung
We are the only manufacturer in the world to offer products on an activator basis, from flux concentrates to finished fluxes and flux gels. At the evertiq expo, we will be presenting our newly developed flux gels, which are based on standardized activators that are also contained in the existing electronic fluxes.
Uniform activators prevent cross-reactions that can occur when different activators from different manufacturers are used.
A highlight at this year's Intersolar Europe will be our special high-performance cleaning media for demanding applications such as agri-photovoltaic parks. Our environmentally friendly, VOC-free cleaners are gentle on materials, free from halogens and phosphorus compounds and can be completely washed off with water.

Unsere neuesten Entwicklungen werden aus wasserbasierten, speziell formulierten alkalischen Medien entwickelt, die für eine Vielzahl an Anwendungen in der Elektronikfertigung ausgelegt sind. Dadurch bieten wir Fertigern eine außergewöhnlich breite Lösungskompetenz aus einer Hand.
In addition to the reliable removal of flux residues on PCBs, the cleaners are also suitable for machines, stainless steel stencils and painting frames, enabling a continuous cleaning process. Even stubborn deposits such as sticky flux residues and condensates in reflow, wave, selective and vapor phase soldering systems can be removed efficiently.
