Description
This flux was developed for selective and manual soldering processes as well as strand tinning. EO-RF-WB30 contains the activator system from our proven water-based flux: WB-30…-“system” (and other variants). The application is done by the special EO-flux-dosage-bottle, but can also be done by all usual application methods (except foaming). The solid content is 4 wt.-%. The density of the flux must be checked regularly. As the flux gradually evaporates in all application methods, the concentration increases during processing.
